Head Coach - Annie Santiago

Coach Annie swam with with the Sacramento Stingrays for nine years and coaching for five of those years. A sophomore at Sacramento City College, Annie is on both the Water Polo and Swim teams.   Annie was a member of the Kennedy High School Varsity swim team four years, was Metro League Champ in the 500-yard free for four years, and in the 200-yard IM for two years, and the 200-yard freestyle for two years. Her favorite events are the 500-yard free, 200-yard free, and the 100-yard breaststroke. She can't wait for another great Stingray season! 

 

 

Assistant Coaches

Coach Karina 

 

Hi everyone my names Karina and this is my second year as an assistant coach! However I’ve been swimming on the stingrays for almost 12 years (since I was a 6 and under). My favorite event is the 100 IM and recently my favorite stroke has been butterfly. I am a senior in high school at McClatchy  and swim and play water polo there! I love to be in the water mostly when it’s warm out, of course. I also love to hike, bike ride, read, and go on drives. I also love to snack, most likely while coaching I’ll be eating something! Im so exceed to be back on deck this year and can’t wait for all the fun events the summer has in store for us.   

 

 

 

 
 
 
Coach Liam

Hey, my name is Liam and this is my 1st year being an assistant coach for the Stingrays. I love swimming with all my friends and being on the pool deck. My favorite race to swim at meets is the 100 breast. I love sports and I love being competitive. I play waterpolo and swim at C.K. McClatchy High School. I love listening to music and traveling. So excited to be coaching this season and excited to see everyone have fun this season!
 
 
Coach Vivianna
 

 Hi I’m Coach Vivianna. I have been on swim team since I was six and joined Sacramento Stingrays in 2017. I am super excited to join the coaching team this year.  I can’t wait to see every Stingray grow this year!
